Founder and Managing Partner
Todd has over 30 years of experience, most of
that with two of the largest international
accounting firms. He has dedicated the majority
of his career to providing mergers & acquisition
(M&A) advisory services to closely-held private
companies, domestic and multinational
corporate clients, as well as to Family Offices,
Private Equity sponsors and Investment Banks.
He founded Escalate Advisory in order to bring
world-class, accounting-related M&A solutions
to business owners and operators at a fraction
of the price.
